Webster City – KHI Financial Solutions has announced that Ralph Hejlik recently joined their team as Vice President of Sales to provide an enhanced customer experience and to create the capacity for future growth. Hejlik’s primary responsibility will be working with small business owners and assisting their employees with planning for retirement.
Hejlik has a passion for finance and entrepreneurism and stated that this position will provide him an opportunity to connect the two areas of interest. “I was very impressed with the integrity and values that the KHI Financial Solutions organization possesses and their true entrepreneurial spirit. I am a strong believer in a collaborative effort and putting the clients’ needs first and that is exactly what KHI does,” said Hejlik. “The energy that this team has is contagious and the fact that I am going to be able to assist people with creating a more solid financial foundation will be very rewarding.”

Hejlik has a strong background in management, finance and sales having received a BA from the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, Colorado. He also has a Master of Science in Industrial Relations from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa, and a Masters in Business Administration from Rivier College, Nashua, New Hampshire. He worked at Anheuser-Busch, Inc. in Human Resources in both St. Louis and Merrimack, New Hampshire, before coming back to Iowa to Economy Forms in Des Moines, where he was first Director of Human Resources before being named Assistant Vice President. Following that role he went to work for NationJob Network in Des Moines where he was Regional Director Principal and later named Chief Executive Officer before retiring earlier this year.
Hejlik has a wife and two grown daughters. When not working he enjoys spending time at the lake, golfing and being active.
